Founded by Mr. Diego Perea Reina our company has over 35 years experience in the construction and real estate markets. Mr. Perea Reina studied and lived in Switzerland where he received his Degree in Building & Construction as well as Real Estate Management during the 1970's. In 1981 he was approached by contacts in Spain to help promote and construct villas in the Costa Blanca North Region. During this time he made many trips to the beautiful coast and was responsible for many of the villas that are now fill the valleys and local areas of Moraira. By 1992 it became clear from the demand from English and German clients that he would need to relocate full time back to Spain and he set up business in San Jaime.
Alitrend S.L. is one of the most recognised Real Estate and Construction companies in Moraira. Since 2004 the company has focused on German, Swiss and French clients in the area. Diego grew the business to take on many additional services that were required of these clients and expanded the team of builders, gestors, architects, project managers and office staff.
We at Alitrend are a professional qualified team whose sole purpose is to provide the services that our clients should demand when dealing with businesses in any country. As a result our team are here to ensure that every client has peace of mind and the knowledge and understanding required to make informed and correct decisions when it comes to anything property related in the area.
Alitrend S.L. also collaborates with agents in the area to assist in finding the correct, legal and best property available to the market. Our in house team do all the necessary paperwork checks, contract drafts and building surveys to ensure everything is correct and in good order!
